The players assume the role of the witcher known from the previous games. The main part of the storyline revolves around several separate threads such as the search of Geralt’s lost love and Nilfgaard invasion of the Northern Kingdoms. The players are also going to fight the eponymous Wild Hunt which haunted the wither both in novels and the two previous games. All of these main tasks offer a branched film-quality story, impressive scenes, and carefully directed cutscenes. Interestingly enough, the players can give up some of these tasks, however, they will have to face the unpleasant consequences of their choice. There are lots of side quests available in the game which together with the main plot offer over one hundred hours of gameplay. The developers took their time to provide a large variety of challenges. During the adventure, the players will explore a wide range of areas, including caves, ancient ruins, and bustling villages. They will also hunt monsters for profit and for special rewards, while some of the quests will include investigation. Each region of the world offers its own mini-games (e.g. knife-throwing tournament) with special prizes, however, beating them is not required for the plot to progress.

According to tradition of the series, the third Witcher game offers a great amount of freedom to play as the players see fit. The story line is significantly branched so as to allow the players to make different choices. At the same time, the virtual world is highly dynamic. For example, some of the player’s actions can make a village threatened by bandit attacks completely depopulated. The world of the game is one of open structure which is forty times bigger than the one of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. The new game engine, REDengine 3, is designed to load data in the background in order to avoid loading screens. Travelling is now easier thanks to the possibility of horseback riding. With a good steed going from one end of the map to the other takes about 30-40 minutes. The players can also fast-travel to places they have already visited.

Considerable changes were introduced to the combat system. The artificial intelligence of the opponents was completely rebuilt. Geralt now has 96 combat animations while in the previous game he had only 20 of them. The players can finally stop the attack in the middle of it and block and dodge blows even when they run out of stamina, although it limits its effectiveness. Additionally, they can perform fast pirouettes instead of the flips to evade the attack. The new camera system provides a clear perspective during combat. There will be a plenty of boss-fights, with an ice giant among other, but they will not be scripted this time. The sign system is also redesigned. Each of the five signs has a basic level, as the leveling up progresses, Geralt gains access to the the second level of a sign. For example, improved Igni triggers an explosion of fire that surrounds the protagonist. Level-two Yrden, in turn, creates a field of energy which slows down all opponents within its range rather than just trap one of them.

During combat, the players can use the surrounding environment to a great extent. For example, it is possible to telekinetically hit a wasps’ nest which will attack Geralt’s enemies. When they turn on him, he can burn them with Igni. Expanding the knowledge of opponents allows the player to discover their weaknesses. Some of defeated monsters will be a source of components which are impossible to obtain in any other way and can be used to craft items or to brew potions. They will also enable Geralt to mutate which gives him access to new abilities. The players can also develop fencing and alchemy skills

Miniature Photography or the Diorama Effect

" Diorama Effect "

Today Here I present you with a brand new style of Photography called as Diorama effect or more commonly called as Miniature Photography or Miniature Faking.

As Wikipedia defines this method :-

" Miniature faking, also known as diorama effect or diorama illusion, is a process in which a photograph of a life-size location or object is made to look like a photograph of a miniature scale model. Blurring parts of the photo simulates the shallow depth of field normally encountered in close-up photography, making the scene seem much smaller than it actually is; the blurring can be done either optically when the photograph is taken, or by digital post processing. Many diorama effect photographs are taken from a high angle to simulate the effect of looking down on a miniature. Tilt–shift photography is also associated with miniature faking."

I will not explain you about the theory part.

Let's see how you can create amazing photos using such a simple technique.

To create such amazing effect, we have to limit our view to some part of the photo while blurring the other part.As on large life size bodies our eyes can focus on every detail while for the small sized bodies they only focus on some particular area blurring the rest .

Taking a photo for example :-

Here it is a photo of a city including cars , buildings etc.

Using this diorama effect I can convert this original photo into something like this.

Here you can see how these buildings and the whole picture is now appearing as if it is some kind of toy set.
What I've done is , I have put two line of blurring and kept the central area clean while blur gradually increasing in strength towards the sides.

You can experiment with different color settings and see if you can make it more rich.

Hi, guys, I've been busy this whole year hence was unable to update and add new content.

But Today I've brought you

21 things that have significantly changed the world .

We all know today, even I'm writing this blog on a gadget, and you are reading it on a gadget too.

You used a gadget this morning to check emails etc etc.

Here I am going to mention 21 of those hilariously addictive gadgets we used or have used in past to enhance our living.

Let's start:-

21. Television

It was mainly developed to be used as a means of mass communication but today this gadget has emerged as one of the most addictive and frequently changing gadget.

A main cause of OBESITY these days.

20. Aerosol Spray

You didn't see this coming .Yes, they are the most frequently used things today.

Perfumes,Color Sprays,Pepper Sprays etc etc.They are everywhere around us today.

19. Supercomputer

Yes we all know we don't use supercomputer in our daily life but yes these supercomputers have given us the power to simulate just about anything let it be the doomsday scenario or the structure of our galaxy etc etc.

18. Hubble Telescope

Oh yes we don't use Hubble either but do you know most of the space missions searching for life on other planets start from Hubble capturing the light and then spectroscopy help to find the content.

And yes it also provide those amazing pics we set as our wallpapers.

17. Clock

Oh yes , these simplistic gadgets are far more important than we think.

Most of Our work is dependent on the time these gadgets show.

16. Semiconductors

Oh yes we do not use these ? NO! We used them far more than we use Televisions or supercomputers.Every gadget today comprise of these tiny components.They gave us the power to control current.

15. WiFi

Oh God nobody these days can live without a wireless high speed internet .WiFi gave us the opportunity to roam around our house while surfing internet.

14. Simulation

Ahaa, Simulation . I don't used simulation. yes buddy you don't . But that doesn't prove simulation to be a waste of time. It has proven to be most important tech ever developed.Airplane training, space ship training, Doomsday scenario and what not.

13. Air Conditioning

Yup this everyone knows.

How important it is for their daily life.So,moving on.

12. Virtual Reality

Yes , Virtual Reality is no more a future. It is present today . and is still in a continuous phase of development.It will Surely change the world once it is fully matured.

11. LED

Another very important tech.The one and the only semiconductor that could made me write in particular about it.LEDs are everywhere around us and we do use them frequently in our remotes,TV screens,appliances etc.

10. 3D Printing

I wan a Car , let's print it.Obviously it doesn't work this way but it will surely some day.3D printers these days help in printing things directly in 3D that we see on the screen.

9. Finger Print Security

Yes these have become very common these days as even the smartphones have finger print scanners.

8. Smart Phones

Everyone today owns it.They have become an important part of our life.Shopping-Use Smartphone, navigation -Use Smartphone, complains -Use Smartphone, GPS -Use Smartphone, etc.

7. Electricity & It's Appliances

Yes everyone know that we can't live without electricity and its appliances. Do you know average electricity used solely in Canada in 2010 is 11879 kWh/year. Oh that's way too much energy.

6. Social Network

Aha gotcha. Social Networks. Our daily needs and requirements.Our second home .Nothing more to say.

5. Tablets

Yup tablets, they are smaller than a laptop while bigger than a smartphone.They do fit in today's tech world completely and have opened a separate community of users preferring tabs over laptops.

4. Wireless

Who wants to tangle in wires while browsing internet or while listening to music.Today's wireless tech has been like a blessing which made our life wire free.Yeah GO WIRELESS.

3. Cameras

Everyone today is busy clicking selfies and posting it on social networks. Cameras have become a very important part of gadget world today. Be it a handheld camera , a smartphone camera , or action Camera .

2. Android

Aha this word describes it all.Android is one of the most widely used operating system in today's smartphones and tablets. When it was coded , developers may have not given a thought that it will gain such immense importance.

1. Networking

Last and the most important thing we use today and have made possible connecting our world together is Networking.Social networks,Internet ,Private networks,Wireless networks, Bluetooth network and the list doesn't end.

Networking gave us the power to connect to the opposite corner of the world while sitting home.
